Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or doesn't meet the satisfaction of the customer. Once an item is fulfilled and scanned by USPS, Pinultimate is not liable for loss or theft. For protection in the event of loss of theft, you can opt into Shipping Protection when placing your order (found under “Shipping Method” during the checkout process).
If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The entire item (backing cards and anything included with the items) must also be returned for a full refund. To complete your return or exchange, please send us an email at email@example.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping charges will not be refunded, only the pre-shipping subtotal. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping a package with a value greater than $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
