Timeline

Design & Ideation4–7 Days

It all starts with an idea! Tell us about your project and we’ll collaborate with you to create the most epic design for your custom pins and refine until it’s *chef’s kiss* perfect and ready for production.

Already have a design ready? We're so excited to bring it to life for you! Upload your vector or high-res raster artwork when you place your order. We'll take a look at your design files and get everything production-ready.

Production21–28 Days

The pins are crafted through a meticulous process involving molds, plating, and a harmonious balance of machine-made and hand-made techniques.

If you order backing cards, we'll send those to print while your pins are made.

Final Touches2–5 Days

Once the pins are ready, we’ll send pics (because duh), then we check each one to ensure you're receiving a high quality deliverable.

Lastly, we carefully attach the pins to their backing cards.

Delivery3–5 Days

The best part! If you're local, we’ll coordinate a time to hand-deliver them to you.

Otherwise, we'll carefully package up your pins and ship them to you via USPS Priority Mail. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as they’re out the door.
