Returns

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or doesn't meet the satisfaction of the customer. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The entire item (backing cards and anything included with the items) must also be returned for a full refund.

Delivery Issues

Once an item is fulfilled and scanned by USPS, Pinultimate is not liable for loss or theft. However, all orders are fully insured through Shopify Shipping Insurance and in the event of loss or damage, we would be happy to file a claim for you. You’ll receive a full refund for your order as soon as we’re notified from Shopify that your claim has been approved. Claims are not guaranteed to be approved.

Upon request, we’ll send you a prepaid return label so you can send your items back to us without having to pay for return shipping. To return your product, you should mail it in the original box or mailer it was delivered in to:

Refunds

We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once your return has been received and inspected. If you’re approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Any item returned to us not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is subject to a partial refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping charges will not be refunded, only the pre-shipping subtotal of the product being returned.
